The house in Cass Bay was recently featured in the season finale of Grand Designs New Zealand, having captured attention for it’s imaginative layout and design in picturesque Banks Peninsula.
The client summarised our role in the project, “Nobody understands the council’s rules and regulations as well as they do. Not only did we sail through the consent process painlessly, the time we saved on reworking architectural and engineering drawings by getting it ‘right first time’ more than made up for the costs of using a consultant. The council process is daunting, time consuming and expensive if you don’t know what you’re doing so if you don’t want this pain and you want to keep your costs under control get Novo Group working for you!”
Novo Group worked closely with the client and local architect Michael O’Sullivan through the planning and resource consent phase.
